The world is so small

A week ago, I dreamt of going to hot pot. At first there were only a few tables seated, and they were well spread apart. But, as we progressed through our meal, the restaurant became more crowded. The realization that people were sitting behind us as well made me anxious and I was eager to get our bill and leave.

In general, shelter at home has been tolerable, if not sometimes enjoyed. I don't have to be guilty for being a home-body. But, the world has shrunk around me. And I'm restless from the lack of new faces and experiences.

On an unrelated note, I haven't baked macarons since the beginning of all this, and recently made my most perfect batch so far.
