The crust came out so deliciously flakey. The pie was a bit too tart for me, but only because I ate a third of the pie...by myself (a 1/2 gone between my roommate and myself).

Pie!
So, it's labor day, and I didn't know what else to do. So... I made a cherry apple pie.
The crust came out so deliciously flakey. The pie was a bit too tart for me, but only because I ate a third of the pie...by myself (a 1/2 gone between my roommate and myself).

I just had a slice of pumpkin pie and apple pie today at a church potluck.. pies are so commercialized these days that I'm sure they only taste a fraction of what they are supposed to..
